Creating Effective Diversity Council Speakers

Erika Moore, CSPO

Erika Moore has been with Applied Systems since May 2011. She is an Epic Product Owner and serves as a Co-Chair of the Black at Applied Community of Interest.

In October 2021, Erika was selected by her peers as an Applied All-Star, one of the highest levels of recognition in our company. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and playing soccer.

Tarra Seawright, PMP

Tarra Seawright is Sr. Manager of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) at Applied Systems. She has been involved with Diversity and Inclusion for more than a decade and her objective is to drive the DIB initiative making a powerful impact to our workforce, workplace and marketplace.

Seawright is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a degree in Journalism and a minor in African American Novel.
