After successfully navigating her own pivot from corporate executive to entrepreneur, Nicole developed the RECLAIM Framework™ -a proven methodology that helps individuals and teams build resilience that accelerates growth after setbacks. Her work centers women and first-gen professionals-helping them reclaim confidence and career.
