With 13 years at Google leading DEI initiatives, Nicole has deep expertise in working in and partnering with ERGs and leadership teams to drive culture change that lasts, in a sustainable way. After successfully navigating her own pivot from corporate executive to entrepreneur, Nicole developed the RECLAIM Framework™ -a proven methodology that helps individuals and teams build resilience that accelerates growth after setbacks. Her work centers women and first-gen professionals-helping them reclaim confidence and career.
She now works with Fortune 500s and mission-driven companies to build more inclusive workplaces.
