Jacquelyn (Jackie) Londo

acquelyn (Jackie) Londo is an accomplished project manager and fundraising leader with 15+ years of experience spanning corporate and nonprofit sectors. She attended the University of Minnesota, started her career as a Social Responsibility Manager at UnitedHealth Group, and most recently worked as a Development Director for multiple nonprofit organizations.

 

Currently, Jackie is a Director of Partnerships & Engagement at Global Impact, where she focuses on people-centered programs including Employee Assistance Funds, ERGs, workplace giving campaigns, and volunteer programs that elevate philanthropic impact. Jackie is known for driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and inspire greater giving.

Bridgette McCullough

For the past decade, Bridgette’s been on a mission to redesign work for well-being, so employees can thrive both in and out of work. Her philosophy? The modern workplace is more than just a hub for productivity — it’s also a critical determinant of health. She believes that work shouldn’t drain your soul; it should energize, inspire and help you grow.

Bridgette is the Director of Employee Experience at Cityblock Health, where she is committed to building a vibrant, inclusive culture that helps Cityfolx feel heard, valued, celebrated, and supported to reach their full potential. Her work spans employee listening, recognition, career development, and storytelling — including hosting and producing their internal podcast, Radically Human, elevating employees’ lived experience and strengthening connection across the organization.

Prior to joining Cityblock, Bridgette spent six years at OhioHealth, a leading healthcare system headquartered in Central Ohio, working at the intersection of employee wellbeing and leadership development, also hosting their Leading to Wellbeing podcast. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree in radio.

Outside of work, you’re likely to find Bridgette chasing adventures with her six-year-old son, hiking or traveling whenever she can, or at a live show cheering on her husband, bassist for the indie rock band Red Wanting Blue.

Melissa Forziat

Melissa Forziat of Take the Doughnut is a keynote speaker, YouTube host, and a former competitive gymnast who parlayed her experience as an athlete into Olympic-level opportunities in her career. And it all started with a doughnut.

Her career began with dream jobs at the Torino and Vancouver Olympic Winter Games, the New Zealand Rugby World Cup, and customizing a position for herself with the US Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs.

Now, she brings her Take the Doughnut talks to main stages, webinars, and workshops and runs multiple podcasts and series through her inspiring YouTube channel.

John Blakley

My name is John Blakley, I am the founder, host and director of JSpeaks – my Youtube Podcast. The purpose of my platform is to have real conversations with real people in order to share content to the world that is positive, motivational, educational and informational. I shine a light on everyday heroes — people and organizations driven by purpose, not profit. On my platform you will meet nonprofit founders, social entrepreneurs, and community builders united by one mission: creating meaningful change. Through in-depth conversations, I strive to reveal their motivations and journeys — helping my audience to discover impactful services and support community-driven missions.

I believe that there are educated, motivated and all around good people everywhere who if they had the opportunity would love to impart their knowledge, interests, skills and stories for the greater good of the world. Ciera Chancellor is a leadership strategist, executive coach, and founder of Chancellor Collective, where she helps organizations build strategic, scalable, and high-impact ERG programs that drive measurable business value. With almost a decade of experience in ERG strategy and employee engagement, primarily within a Fortune 50 company, Ciera has led initiatives that elevated executive sponsorship, expanded global reach, and aligned ERG outcomes to critical business goals like retention, innovation, and workforce engagement. Now as an entrepreneur, she brings that same strategic lens to her consulting and coaching work, helping organizations move beyond performative programming and toward ERGs that matter to both employees and the enterprise. Ciera is also a U.S. Army combat veteran and proud owner of a certified SDVOSB, EDWOSB, WBENC, NVBDC, and NaVOBA business. Her unique background in both service and corporate leadership allows her to navigate organizational complexity, lead through change, and design practical, people-centered strategies that get results. Her approach is practical and action-oriented, focused on helping organizations create models that scale without losing momentum.

Jamaica Aali

Jamaica Aali is the founder of Black Everywhere, a global organization dedicated to cultivating culturally-grounded leadership, community, and belonging. With extensive experience supporting ERGs, corporate retreats, and impact-driven initiatives, Jamaica empowers leaders and organizations to integrate joy, equity, and purpose into their strategies. She is a sought-after speaker on topics including inclusive leadership, community-building, and leveraging culture as a driver for organizational impact. Jamaica’s work bridges leadership development and meaningful community engagement, helping organizations create spaces where individuals thrive and collective success flourishes.

Ashley France

Ashley France is a personal branding and marketing expert, consultant, and media personality who leads ANF Consulting, LLC. With a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law and a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Ashley built a successful consulting business helping entrepreneurs, athletes, fortune 500 companies, and start ups with their branding and marketing needs. She has conducted workshops for colleges and professional teams and guest lectures at institutions such as Georgia State University. She has developed an engaged online community with over 60K followers across social media platforms where she has sold 4000 online courses. Ashley’s work has been featured in Billboard, Yahoo, and more, and she’s collaborated with major brands like AT&T, the NBA, Rolling Loud, Broccoli City, and the WNBA’s Washington Mystics. As a dynamic storyteller and educator, Ashley delivers workshops that merge marketing, branding, networking, and digital strategy ,equipping audiences with tools to amplify their stories and stand out in the marketplace.

Willis Jensen

Willis Jensen leads a dynamic team of BI developers and data analysts to build dashboards and provide data analysis across CHG Healthcare corporate functions while advancing capabilities in data science and predictive modeling. He also serves as President of CHG’s Caring Connections ERG, which builds a community of individuals around disabilities, mental health, neurodiversity and caregiving. He has over 20 years of progressive experience as a data and analytics leader and professional, with a passion for solving business problems with data. With a PhD in statistics, he can geek out on the technical details of statistical models, data analysis methods, machine learning, and AI. However, with extensive business experience as an analyst, consultant, teacher, and presenter, his strength is in determining the right questions and the corresponding data and analytics approaches to answering those questions to solve business problems.
