The Diversity Impact Awards® (DIA) are the premier annual awards to recognize, honor and celebrate the outstanding contributions of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and Diversity Councils.

In 2024, we’re continuing to build on the DIAs’ success as the leader in impact and performance measurement. We’ve leveraged the feedback of former applicants and our knowledge of what matters most to enhance what we measure and how.

Our application process is flexible but provides you with the impactful data you’ve come to rely on.

Why Should I Apply?

The Diversity Impact Awards® are more than just another award.

Winners receive recognition for their achievements, but all applicants are provided actionable data and feedback from the application process.
