The Diversity Impact Awards™ (DIA) are the premier annual awards to recognize, honor and celebrate the outstanding contributions of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and Diversity Councils.

The Diversity Impact Awards are more than just another award.

Winners receive recognition for their achievements, but all applicants are provided actionable data and feedback from the application process.
