The Global ERG Network Conference is our feature event designed specifically for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and Diversity Councils.

In its 14th year, our 2023 theme is ‘Building Community & Cultivating Ideas’.

As we continue to provide both learning and networking opportunities to increase the effectiveness and impact of ERGs, BRGs and Diversity Councils, we are focusing on how learning through the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) community can generate new and transformative ideas that address the problems organizations are facing today.
