Greensboro, NC (July 18, 2023)Talent Dimensions and the Global ERG Network® (previously the Association of ERGs & Councils) have released their annual list of the Top 25 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Top 10 Enterprise-Wide ERGs, Executive Sponsor Recognition Awards and Impact Spotlight Awards. These groups will be recognized at The Diversity Impact Awards® Ceremony in Washington, DC, during the 2023 Global ERG Network® Conference October 11- 13, 2023.

The 2023 Diversity Impact Awards® continue to build on its previous success as the leader in diversity impact and performance measurement. Using the ERG Strategic Impact Model, organizations are scored in key areas that ERGs, BRGs and Diversity Councils should focus on to drive organizational results. Leveraging data from the application and feedback process allows these groups to articulate their impact with key stakeholders and provide an expanded opportunity for learning. When organizations participate year-over-year in the Diversity Impact Awards®, the data provides them with a benchmark among competing organizations and the ability to chart or measure their own progress over time.

“With many newcomers to this year’s Diversity Impact Awards®, we continue to see these groups push the envelope in an effort to increase their impact and effectiveness through their DEI initiatives. Their results show the valuable outcomes that are achieved when they’re aligned with the business strategy of the organizations they serve and are recognized as key business partners. Each year we are inspired by all of our applicants and their work to build a true sense of belonging within their organizations through DEI.” says Cile Johnson, Chief Business Officer.

Talent Dimensions’ mission is to help organizations create Inclusive workspaces, where every employee feels that they truly belong. By helping organizations focus on how they can align their DEI strategy to drive business outcomes and cultivate a sense of belonging, they’re able to build the key infrastructure they need to be successful. ERGs and Councils are the most valuable partners an organization can have on this journey,” shares Lynn Cowart, Principle and Chief Operations Officer at Talent Dimensions.

About the Global ERG Network® Conference

ERGs and Diversity Councils are vital links for improving organizational results. However, to remain impactful and effective, they need opportunities to increase their skills and knowledge, to learn, to share best practices, to network, to celebrate and to grow. This was the purpose of the first annual conference designed specifically for ERGs, BRGs and Diversity Councils.
